Erica is the Director of Administration for PCM Lite, and is committed to identifying new and innovative ways to streamline operational and clinical systems, resulting in a more effective model of correctional health care delivery. She is the spearhead of change to ensure our practices remain on the cutting edge of providing the best possible care to our patients and service to our partners. Her responsibilities include assisting with maintenance updates to our electronic health records system in addition to intelligence management of company assets.
